Discover the Archives district - Paris 03
To locate the Archives neighbourhood, you have to go to the 3rd arrondissement. There, we find the Archives wedged between the Sainte-Avoye district (to the west), the Enfants Rouges neighbourhood (to the north), the 11th arrondissement (to the east) and the 4th arrondissement (to the south).
More precisely, to identify the limits of the 11th administrative district of Paris, one must start from the Rue des Archives. Going northwards, you come across Rue Pastourelle. Follow it and then continue along Rue de Poitou and Rue du Pont-aux-Choux. When you get to Boulevard Beaumarchais, you have to go south until you reach Rue du Pas de la Mule. Turning at this level, continue on Place des Vosges and Rue des Francs Bourgeois to find Rue des Archives which completes this loop. In total, the Archives district covers an area of 36.8 hectares.
