Our story

Founded in 1974 in the heart of the 4th arrondissement, District Immobilier is a family company which has developed non-stop since its creation and now has 5 agencies in the capital’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
1974: Creation of the company by Pierre Amanou with the opening of our historic Ile Saint Louis agency.
2006: Opening of our District Champ de Mars agency in avenue Bosquet in the heart of the 7th District.
2011: Further development with the opening of our District George V agency.
2018: In January 2018, District Saint Germain opens on the capital’s Left Bank.
2018: The District Monceau agency opens its doors in September 2018, extending our network to cover the whole of western Paris.

3. Rent with District Immobilier

As an owner, you naturally wish to optimise your rental income. Entrusting your rental to District is your guarantee of finding the most solvent and motivated tenant in the shortest possible time. Our rental service will take care of:

  • Highlighting the property in all of our agencies’ windows and on twenty or so partner real estate websites in France and abroad
  • Selecting application files
  • Drafting the lease as well as setting up deposits and guarantees
  • Drafting the inventory and statement of state of repair with photos
  • Welcoming new tenants
  • The inventory and statement of state of repair at the end of the lease

A fair and precise estimate

Our estimate is based on not only objective criteria (analysis of similar and recently sold assets) but also subjective criteria (exceptional and rare characteristics of the property, current market activity, negative factors, etc.) to be taken into account. Using a wide range of tools, we are able to achieve an expertise that is realistic, fair and precise.

The definition of the guide price

The guide price must take into account all elements retained during the valuation, while applying a price increase in the case of exceptional and rare characteristics. It must also take into account the wishes and requirements of the vendor: financial, agenda, deadlines, etc.

The development of a communication strategy

Our team members, in agreement with the owners, shall also decide on the communication strategy to be set up: it may for example initially be confidential, becoming if required increasingly active on all of our supports both in France and abroad. Each strategy is specific to each asset and may be modified over the course of the listing agreement.
